Who is responsible for your information?
OBJ Digital, founded by Joy Oberhiri Orhue, is responsible for personal information submitted in connection with website enquiries and client work. Questions can be sent to hello.objdigital@gmail.com.
Information we may collect
When you contact OBJ Digital by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details, business information, project requirements and any other information you choose to provide. The website itself does not currently use an enquiry form, advertising tracker or visitor analytics.
How and why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To communicate about agreed work and provide support.
- To keep necessary business, transaction and legal records.
- To protect the website and prevent misuse.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or OBJ Digital's legitimate business interests.
Sharing and external services
Information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers needed to operate the business, such as email, WhatsApp and website hosting providers, or disclosed when required by law. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own privacy practices.

OBJ Digital does not currently place non-essential analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If analytics or similar tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, business records and legal requirements. Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your data-protection rights
